Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. If you are not in the US please familiarize yourself with American holidays, and official holidays in the state of Michigan.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

NOTE: USPS is currently experience significant delays. We cannot guarantee arrival dates on parcels, including Priority Shipping. There are locations that we cannot ship to due to temporary restrictions from USPS for environmental or political reasons - if you order from one of these locations we may have to cancel and refund your order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If you would prefer a specific courier for your international order please contact us before placing your order to see if we can accommodate that request.

Damages

If you receive a shipment that is damaged please contact us immediately. Include pictures of the damaged packaging as well as product. We cannot do anything without pictures.
 
We will then work with you to replace the item as soon as possible.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all countries that USPS will allow us to ship to. There are some restrictions that are constantly updating. If you are uncertain, please contact us prior to an order.

Also please understand that we cannot control shipment length or how long something may be in customs. Parcels may be in customs for days or potentially weeks. We can confirm to you the average length of time orders have been in customs for your country in recent time if you email us.
