Refund Policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since the item was shipped, we cannot offer a return. The item must be in original condition.

We cannot offer returns on gift cards or custom items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item back, we will process your return. This can take 2-5 business days. The payment will be returned to the method used to make your payment. It is then up to your financial institution to process the return - this typically takes 2-5 business days on their end.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items may be refunded, you will receive the sale price. You will receive a return on the price you paid.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will also exchange an item for a different size, provided that the original is returned in original condition, and the item is available in a different size.

Gifts
If the item was a gift that was shipped to you by another person and you wish to return it, we can issue you a gift certificate or exchange. Or, you can choose for a full refund to be issued to the card the original purchaser used. Please contact us for options.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 150248, Grand Rapids MI 49505, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was defective. In that case we will issue you a shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you need to use a service other than USPS to ship us your return please contact us first for options. It is up to you to ensure that your shipment is sent back in good condition and does not break in transit.
